About Me

Hi! As Miller Brunke Photography's photographer, I am delighted you have stopped by! My name is Shirah, but everyone calls me Shy. I am originally from Detroit, Michigan. I am a military spouse and a mother of three beautiful children. I am also in college to get my BA in Psychology. In my free time, I love binge-watching Netflix series with my family and cooking (and eating too).

I hope to capture every special moment (even the silly ones) and make your day. I love bold, vibrant colors in photos, but I can also change to light, warmer tones. I love making every detail “pop.” I enjoy connecting with my clients personally, allowing me to make lifelong friendships. Photography has always been my life. It’s technically my baby, and I wouldn’t want it any other way!
